Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

Now as we find, conditions are progressing in the main very satisfactorily.

We would keep the activities of the body in such ways and manners that there are the better eliminations, and so there is a better tuning or toning between the drosses of the body with the alimentary eliminations being improved.

In the present we find that a tonic would be advisable, and that there be - for the head and neck, especially where those disturbances arise from the incoordinations or the poor drainage from same - two or three more of the osteopathic adjustments, ESPECIALLY for the head and neck AND eliminations, see? Not for adjustments so much now for the pelvic organs as for the head and neck and the drainages from same to the alimentary canal.

The tonic as we find would be Wyeth’s Beef, Iron and Wine. This taken a teaspoonful twice a day is preferable to a tablespoonful once a day. This taken after, then, the morning meal and after the evening meal.
