2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [270] - this we have had here before, and those associations as regarding city, franchise, railway, and so forth. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Will the Chicago City and Connecting Railway Franchise application be approved and renewed? (A) After much discussion, after some injunctions have been filed and some changes have been made in the franchise, this will be again granted - which will come near February 5th to 6th, or even later.

4. (Q) What will be the ultimate outcome of this application? (A) As given.
