This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 24th day of August, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [270].

1. EC: Now, we find the general conditions in system are on the improve. While there are those specific strains in the system that affect the centers in the equalization of the blood supply, which in turn gives those reactions as felt as a palpitation or dilation in heart’s action.

2. Then, to bring the better condition for this, we would remove by operation the tonsils, for from these and the condition we produce a strain on the whole nerve system by forming of toxins in the system.

3. We would, for the equalization of the blood supply and to produce the equalization and perfect equilibrium through the system, use those vibrations from Radio-Active forces of Iron and Ice, and these we find will bring an equilibrium for the body after the reduction of condition by the operation.

4. The exercises will be good. Those of the specific nature would be of the exercise of evenings for three to five minutes before retiring, to carry blood from upper portion of body, see? On rising of mornings, deep breathing and the upper exercise for the upper portion of body.

5. The equalization as will be found by using the applicator [Radio-Active Appliance] will bring a normal flow of blood to the whole system. This should be used at least one hour each evening.

“Now that previous suggestions been undertaken and complied with, please state the general physical condition of [270]. The primary cause of the physical ailment and its relation to the frequent heart dilation which at times, especially in the evening, beats beyond the normal pulsation and is felt in the chest, neck, head and arms and is frequently accompanied by a nervous condition that renders relaxation difficult. Would the establishment of a well-defined physical exercise assist in overcome this trouble, or is it advisable to seek a change in employment where the present activities and condition will not be encountered. Should the tonsils be removed?”
