-
EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
-
Now, we find many of the physical conditions show change in the body. Some are a great deal better. Others show a change, yet not to the extent of the eliminations as necessary for the correct functioning of the system, for the poisons as are exhumed in the system show that the blood supply is unbalanced to the extent that through the channels of elimination for such conditions, these channels or these organs have not been aroused to their proper degree to produce this elimination in the system. Hence the exaggerated conditions as exist in portions of the system as yet. Those conditions for the neck, for the teeth, for the throat, while helped to some extent, and while the pain itself is alleviated, that producing same still exists in the system.
-
We would then, to further assist the body, better if the body should rest from physical labors or forces, or give the system the opportunity, as it were, to exercise through normal channels of the body and not work against the physical excess of the labors of mental forces with physical conditions existing in system, for as we see, this overtaxes the condition and we find that the bacilli produces strain on many portions of the system, according to the temperament or to the congestion as created in various portions of the body.
-
Then, the greater relief would be brought through those conditions of sweats to the body, with the body resting after same, reducing the toxins in the body through this means and by the deep manipulations, stimulating all the excretory system following such baths. These would bring the better conditions. Do not give these so strong as to cause overtaxation to the heart, for the condition in blood brings some distress to the respiratory system, though this is not a portion of the condition, rather a reflex action of conditions existent in system.
-
Baths in such places then as Martinsville, Ind., French Lick, Ind., Dawson Springs, Ky., Hot Springs, Ark., or Shenandoah Springs, Ark. Any one of these would be good. One better in some respects. Others in others. Best though that the manipulations be taken after these baths. Baths, six to nine would be necessary, not exceeding twelve of these as a series.
-
(Q) Should the osteopathic treatments be taken while the baths are being taken, or after these all have been taken? (A) While baths are being given the body. That is, as baths are given mornings, or evenings, let the osteopathic treatment be the opposite portion of the day, that we may bring the perfect elimination and have same working in conjunction with the other.
-
(Q) What is the condition of the tonsils at present? (A) Some better than when we had before, but still show inflammation or an excess of secretions through same.
-
(Q) Would it be best for the tonsils to be removed? (A) This, as we see, has been in part. Be well that these be taken care of as the condition becomes necessary. This is not the direct cause we see.
-
(Q) What is the direct cause? (A) The excess of the bacilli in the system not finding its way of being eliminated, (we have given this) and it’s carried through portions of the system and striking in, in weak portions, one cycle be in one portion, another in another, affecting then the digestion, the glands, the heart’s action, the kidneys, the liver. Not all at once, not all to excess, but at times the various conditions by mental status. Hence the necessity of the rest.
-
(Q) What is the condition of the teeth? (A) They are in better condition than we had before. Not entirely is the condition relieved. There’s one especially that needs attention, lower molar on the left side.
-
(Q) Should this be removed or treated? (A) Treated. Do this. We will bring the better conditions to this body, for the conditions of this body are such that the resistance necessary for the correction lies within the system, should the system but respond, physically and mentally, to those conditions as should be given the body.
-
We are through for the present.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 4/30/25 He wrote: “The rdg. cks. up very close with conditions as they seem and as I know them, in fact settles some ques. not clear in former rdg.”
R2. 8/24/25 He obtained Ck. Physical 270-6.
R3. 6/30/26 Letter under 270-8 Reports indicated that he took a series of “elimination baths at Martinsville, Ind., as suggested in 270-5.”
Background
Background
B1. 3/27/25 He obtained Ck. Physical 270-4 for inflamed tonsils, defective teeth and symptoms of pyorrhea, neck swelling.
B2. 4/17/25 He submitted questions: “When convenient, will you please check up the progress made since 270-4. I would like to know if an infection of any kind exists and what further action, if any, is necessary in order to complete the elimination.
“Would a course at some Hot Springs or adjustments by an osteopath be beneficial?”
B3. 4/23/25 “I would like to have some information relative to my heart action. The cause, if possible, for the occasional excessive action. It, at times, seems to function with considerable rapidity without little or no agitation.
“The swelling in my neck has not receded to any great extent.”
