GC: You will give the physical condition of this body in detail, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and the relief of same. You will outline a specific diet for this body, and any other information that would be good for this body.

EC: [GD’s note: EC, in locating [304], first volunteered 3788-2 for girl in same town.] Now, we find the physical conditions of the body in its vitality weakened since last we had same here. While the properties that have been taken for the circulation and the pulmonary conditions (internal forces, see?) have produced the thinning of the blood, in a manner, the taking of cold, or exposition of body under this strain, produces in centers the increased condition of the congestive microbe in system, see? This, then, gives the weakened condition in lung, and the tendency to cough. Hence those conditions as have been prescribed or given for the condition of this physical body should be now kept more often, see? That is, take those properties as have been given, see? [in 304-9] Keep those up, applying the antiphlogistine to the body, as has been outlined, until all of the congestion is loosened or relieved in the body, see? and those conditions as go to make up for the diet of the body, there should be those JUICES of meats, see? Not much of meat itself, see, but much of the juices of fresh beef and fowl (the flesh of same) and of fish. Then of those vegetable forces that the body knows agrees with the physical conditions of the body. The body is a very good dietician, and knows that which will increase, decrease, the respiratory system, that which affects the weakened condition in the kidneys, that which affects the condition in intestinal tract. Then follow in those. The fat building will be those in the heavy protein, as is given in the juices of fowl and of beef, see? Wild game as much as is possible, see?
-
Do this, and we will bring the better normal conditions for this body, for those conditions that do beset the body in the physical manner can much be builded by the mind and mental attitude of the body toward those INCENTIVES that PRODUCE the ACTIVE FORCES in the system. Though PHYSICAL CONDITIONS and deteriorations may often hinder, waver, or prevent the full action of mental forces in the physical body, the WILL, SHEER WILL FORCE OF THE BODY, and that awakening of that spiritual element going with will, will bring the greater reliefs for the body. Then, do that, in the way and manner as has been given.

We are through for the present.
