This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 25th day of August, 1934, in accordance with request made by the self - Miss [480], through her mother, Mrs. [601], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 10:35 to 10:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. In many respects the physical forces of the body show improvement. There is a better coordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal nerve system. The nerve tensions are not so severe.

3. While at times there are thoes distresses, and especially in the periods, these are not as severe as has been indicated heretofore.

4. We find that it would be well to use consistently the Radio-Active Appliance, that will keep a better normal balance. However, in making the applications in the present, we would at each OTHER time - instead of attaching to the extremities - make the application between the 11th and 12th dorsal first, and the other anode to that portion at the puba nerve plexus. This will make for a better coordination of the impulses through the organs that are disturbed at such periods.

5. Too, we will find that the diathermy may be gradually lessened as to the NUMBERS and as to the AMOUNT also, but this should be done gradually; take the same voltage but less often for a period of ten days or two weeks, then for a period of a week less in the amperage, and then gradually renew the uses of same.

6. The manipulations should be carried, as we find, for at least another round or period, and then the disorders should be clarified in the system.

8. (Q) Why does dull feeling in head still persist? (A) This is more of the nerve reaction from the suppressions in portions of the nerve system. This is gradually lessening, and - as we find - in a few weeks should disappear ALMOST entirely, and then GRADUALLY DISAPPEAR entirely.

9. (Q) Any change advised in osteopathic manipulation? (A) We would not make any material change, but a more perfect coordinating of all centers where there are the specific connections between the sympathetic and cerebro-spinal system; 4th lumbar, 8th, 9th and 10th dorsal, 1st, 2nd and 3rd dorsal, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th cervical.

10. (Q) Any further advice for the body? (A) Do this at this time.
