-
EC: Yes, we have the body, [480]; this we have had before.
-
As we find, a great improvement has come over the general physical forces of the body, and a much nearer normal reaction and coordination are being carried on in the physical body in the present.
-
And, as we find, it would be well that there be the return to the more normal activity in the development of the mental forces of the body; PROVIDED, however, there is not too great a strain put upon the physical AND mental at the same time. It will require, then, that there be refraining at times from much of the social life that follows with these changes.
-
And while there may be a discontinuance of some of the applications, as the electrical vibrations, there should be - at least two or three times each month - a GENERAL application or massage given over the whole system. And in the changes we would make such associations and connections through the advice of the one that HAS administered the manipulations and adjustments. These might be outlined by such an one, so that there need be little or no confusion - coming through such a channel; while attempting to explain to others might bring about complications.
-
And we will find that the following of those general outlines in the diet will be helpful.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Please explain the pains in arches of feet; how may they be relieved? (A) There have been those varied weaknesses, as we have given from time to time, in the lower portions of the body itself (that is, the torso). So, of course, at various times pressures are brought to bear upon the locomotory nerves and centers. This, with a great deal of exercise upon the feet, there has been produced a tendency for a weakening of the arch, or the burses in the front portion and the Achilles burse also. So, the greater strain is upon the heel or the back arch, rather than the front arch. This may be best overcome by MASSAGING - not just the foot itself but across the lumbar and sacral area - with equal parts of Tincture of Myrrh and Olive Oil, heating the oil and adding the Myrrh. Massage this in the arch, in the ankle, in the knee, and especially in the 4th lumbar and the sacral area. This we would do about twice or three times each week, and it may be done by the body itself. Take TIME to do it. Take at least ten minutes on each limb and foot.
And when there is the general treatment osteopathically, let the one making the adjustments continue from the feet TO the head - THOROUGH treatment, using the limbs and the muscular tendons as the levers for relieving these pressures.
-
(Q) How often will it be necessary to continue the Radio- Active Appliance? (A) As we find, this may be discontinued - as we have given, PROVIDED these others are kept up.
-
(Q) Any further advice for my better welfare? (A) Go slow; or make haste slowly. Be patient with self and with others. Do not work self into a state of overanxiety at the changes that will be found, or attempt to use up the strength and vitality mentally and physically to gain or maintain those balances that once were held in relationships to these; for these will come in their normal time. Forget not the source of thine inspiration in self, for they must be in the God of life, of truth, of hope, of love.
