This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 4th day of December, 1924, in accordance with request made by self, Madison Byron Wyrick.

Time of Reading Oil Well, 12:00 Noon Dayton Time. Bosque Co., Texas.

1. GC: Now you have before you the well being drilled on the land owned by Madison Byron Wyrick, in Bosque Co., Texas. You will give the conditions of operations at the present time and tell what to do at this time to successfully bring in this well. You will answer any questions relative to this that I will ask you.

2. EC: Now, we have this here. We have had this before, you see. We find that the operations are progressing very nicely. The baling has not been completed as yet. When this is carried to the sufficient quantity and in this case should be very little left except to drill with. It will only be necessary to drill through this black lime to the break and bring the production. This should only require a very short while - 2 days - 3 days unless some trouble is experienced with the drill line. Be sure that stem is well set and that all bits are thoroughly set in stem for this is hard substance and will require a very slow, steady, not too long stroke, but that necessary to make progress that they may feel their way into production.

Dear Mr. Wyrick:

Your wire received this morning. Wired you at once the findings as were gotten [See Par. R1]. I am in hopes that by the time you received this that you will be ready to wire me that she is flowing good and strong.

I have spent a very pleasant Thanksgiving with my mother, returning here Monday evening. Tuesday morning, Miss Davis received a wire that her father had just died. Of course, this has caused a great deal of distress and worry, but we know that all such things have to come. I do not know whether she will be back or not. At least, it would be several weeks before she can return. We are, however, preparing to go on with the work and have a helper who I believe will be satisfactory in getting the readings written. We are several behind at the present time, but will be able to catch up, I believe, in a few days.

Be sure to let me hear from you however things go. Am glad to know you are on the job yourself.
