  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5417]. This we have had before. Here we find much of the condition that might be explained in, “I told you so.”

  2. In the activities of the body after and following the operation for the corrective measures in the abdominal regions, we find these becoming so active as to prevent the body from taking the NOMINAL exercise, and the body putting on weight too much. Too much worry, too much heaviness in system, and the tendency of the system or body to be continually in pain.

  3. Rest, or systematize the activities so that the body will play as hard as the body WORKS, will be the BEST medicine and best activity for the body.

  4. Keep the eliminations through alimentary canal, so as to keep poisons from system.

  5. Well that, at least twice each week, the body have the sweats, the rub down, and the lights. The Health Room [See [165] series] would be very good for this body. TAKE that! We are through with this reading. That’s preventatives! We are through.
