This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 W. 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of October, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [569].

  1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same, and you will answer any questions regarding the physical condition of this body that I may ask you.

  2. EC: Now, we find the physical conditions throughout the system are greatly improved from that as we have had here before. Those applications of the radio active Radium Appliance] forces to the system, with that of the osteopathic forces as have been applied the system, have brought better conditions throughout the whole system.

  3. We only need to keep those applications of the radio forces, see? radium applicator to the system, see? and keeping diet, with the eliminations for the system in that way and manner to prevent any localization of the eliminations of poisons from the system, taking those salines that prevent the indigestion as occurs when we find the system at times out of balance, as it were, when food is taken in system, by the lack of proper amount of circulation to the central portions of body, or to the stomach proper, when foods are taken. Never take food in system when the body is very, very, tired, or mad, see?

  4. Keep up these conditions as have been outlined and we will find we will bring the better conditions for this body. Do that.

  5. (Q) What salines would be best for the body to take? (A) Those as found in BiSodol, as given, and those as would be found in taking (or these may be changed from time to time), take for one to two days those properties of plain Phosphate of Soda, half a teaspoonful in half a glass of water, with two to five drops Syrup Sarsaparilla. This would be good for the system also, sweetening the stomach, giving the intestines the proper eliminations and assisting the organs in functioning properly, see?

  6. (Q) What effect does the Radium Applicator have on the eruption on the skin, if any? (A) It keeps that equalization in the system that prevents the localization of these infectious forces as are in the blood supply, see? While if this was to dry entirely up in the capillary circulation, be hard on the functioning organs, or where same would settle, see? Hence it is best that this be kept in the capillary circulation, and with the eliminations and with this being thrown out, we gradually eliminate same from system, see? The more powerful forces of the radium applicator would be quicker, see? As we have are more effective, for they are sure and true with the system being kept in the proper form. Sulphur may be worn in the shoes, or taken in the system, provided system or body does not get wet, see? Just shake a little in the shoes, would be good for the body.

  7. (Q) Is there any marked improvement in the eyes? (A) Marked improvement in the eyes, as given in the first, that all the system was better.

  8. (Q) What causes the pain in the left side of chest at times? (A) Indigestion.

  9. (Q) What is the condition of the kidneys at this time? (A) They are improved somewhat from that as we have had here before. Not so much strain now shows. That’s why we should keep the alimentary canal clear as possible, see? by taking salines, and well that these be changed from time to time. Never allow the system to become constipated at any time, and keep from congestion and cold as much as possible.
