Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [601]; this we have had before.

2. In the main, we find conditions very satisfactory. There are still those periods of distress that arise through the changing conditions in the physical forces. Yet if there are the applications carried on of those suggestions that have been made, as needed, to meet the varied conditions, these should be very good.

3. The occasional corrective forces through manipulations are necessary. These need not be too deep or too severe but rather as in making for the proper distribution through the centers of the cerebrospinal system (or the ganglia) that are involved in these changes; namely, those in the cardiac plexus, those in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in the cervical, those in the 9th dorsal and the last dorsals and lower lumbars.

4. Do this, being mindful of not too great excitement, not too great an exertion in the physical activities of the body; but keeping more of the congenial, pleasant surroundings.

5. Keep the feet dry and not too much of exposure to cold or night or damp air.

6. These are the precautions. Do these.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Are the conditions favorable for the contemplated motor trip? (A) If those precautions as indicated are taken, very good.

9. (Q) Any particular caution as to trip? (A) Make haste slowly.

10. (Q) Will the weather be favorable, as the body is nervous of wet roads? (A) Weather conditions change very readily. The going will be better than the coming.

11. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Do these as given.
