As we find, while there have been those conditions that cause anxiety owing to the flooding and the tendency for the excess of eliminations through those channels of the system that are under change in the body, if those suggestions are kept as has been indicated these should not cause a great deal more of trouble.

Keep the eliminations through alimentary canal near to normal with the use of enemas rather than cathartics. These (cathartics) tend, under the conditions, to cause rather a strain on the body.

In the manipulative forces, coordinate the lumbar axis with the upper dorsal centers, as well as those throughout the cervical area.

After the periods we would use for two or three days, then a rest of two to three days and then use again, the vaginal applicator of the violet ray. This for about half to three-quarters of a minute each day, for two or three days, as we find would be well. This will prevent adherence of tissue in the organs of the pelvis, thus causing a better reaction, preventing accumulations or adherence of tissue as to necessitate any operative or surgical applications.

(Q) Should all previous medication be continued? (A) As indicated, we would keep all of those things indicated. Not too long a period of taking same, but take for their reaction - which requires two to three days, then leave off for two to three days and take again. This is much preferable to bring proper reactions.
