This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at 1867 Kalorama Road, Washington, D.C., this 21st day of February, 1935, in accordance with request made by the father - Mr. […], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Lillian B. Whitmore and J. Howard Lawler.]

Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Long Island, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [735].

  2. As we find, the body is continuing - slowly but surely - on the improve. There should be kept consistently, persistently, the suggestions that have been outlined.

  3. The massage occasionally and the adjustments that have been indicated WILL be properly carried out under those supervisions of Dobbins. That tendency for the change or alteration, or settling in the limb or the foot, will be corrected if these are followed as suggested.

  4. Ready for questions.

  5. (Q) Is there any shortness in her limbs? (A) These tendencies for settlings, as indicated, must be corrected by the adjustments. We do not find a shortness; a tendency more for the ligament to pull the foot to one side.

  6. (Q) In the last reading we were advised to take precautions for weaknesses. Where should these precautions be noted, as to what part of the body? (A) That there is not too much irritation by the attempted movements or of becoming so overanxious as to allow the body to strain self, that would cause or tend to produce an accumulation of irritation in any ligament or tissue or of the segments of the spine itself.

  7. (Q) During this trip it is impossible to apply the Wet Cell Battery due to travel, until arriving at our destination, about four or five days. (A) This skip will be alright, if those applications are kept as indicated. Just be consistent with the situations or conditions; knowing that these are all for corrective forces and are gradually building for corrective forces in the body.

  8. (Q) Should the Radio-Active Plain be applied each day or every other day as at present? (A) We would apply it each day, as there will be a rest period from the other.

  9. (Q) [735] is given two massages each day, morning and night. Should these be continued, or lessened? (A) During the trip and change, once each day would be sufficient.

  10. (Q) What are the ingredients or alkalines in the Georgie Foundation Pools, if any, that are commercialized which we could place in [735]‘s pool to assist her in recovery? (A) We do not find these of any valuation other than what may be applied in any to keep the waters in the proper balance of sodiums as indicated of the Georgia Warm Springs water. The compounds, as seen, may be had at any place where these are available. Any of these compounds are alright.

  11. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) We would follow these suggestions as indicated. For, as we find, if there will be the persistence, the consistence, not overanxiety, we will bring the better and the near normal conditions for this body of [735].

  12. We are through with this reading.
