This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of June, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [760].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [760] - this we have had before. The conditions show some improvement from that as we have had before. The applications to the conditions are effective in the most part. While irritation still exists, the applications will ELIMINATE the conditions - will the worriment be eliminated, and keep the water away from the abrasions that cause the distress. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Are the X-ray treatments being given correctly? and how many more will be necessary? (A) There should be at least six to ten in all. At least be three to five more, see?

In the diet, well to keep that of the eliminations in an alkalin reaction - and DON’T worry!

3. (Q) Is the ointment or salve being used alright? (A) We would only try it on the lower portions - we wouldn’t put it on the main part of the body at present. It prevents spreading, more than it will produce healing.

4. (Q) Should any internal treatments be given ear? (A) Be NECESSARY for some internal treatment. These would be of the light, and of the CLEANSING of same. [GD’s note: She reported that the local treatments, X-ray, etc., were administered by Dr. James W. Anderson, M.D., dermatologist.]

5. (Q) How long should the body keep the citrus fruit diet? (A) Until at least there shows that there is - through the test in the urine and in the blood - a nearer ALKALIN reaction; or it may be tested through the mouth, with the litmus and the salivary reactions. This is a very good condition of where those might be used by making culture and injection, but we would keep what we are doing as best at first.

6. (Q) Should any other food be taken, other than the citrus fruit? (A) Gruels, or those that are easily digested and body building. We do not want the system to run DOWN by the general debilitation of same, because you are changing the effluva of the system itself. We are through with this reading.
