This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 21st day of December 1936, in accordance with request made by the sister - Mrs. [1337] by phone, Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.
[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]
Time of Reading 12:25 to 12:30 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. …, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here.
-
As we find, there have not been those measures taken as yet that have been fully indicated for the greater relief for this body.
-
As we would find, if there are the applications of those vibratory forces as indicated - and the mechanical applications in the relief of the pressures through the osteopathic adjustments and manipulations - these would bring the greater possibilities for relief.
-
For while it is true the heart’s activity and the conditions that have brought about these cellular forces becoming as adherences in the circulatory system produce the pressures that have formed the mental disturbance, the inabilities of the functioning of the organs of the body as related to the sensory system. But these as have been described are causes. The thrombosis IS that indicated by the seepages, first into the veins in the outer portions and the activities, and thence these going into - farther into - the larger vessels, THERE the pressures are made.
-
Medicinal properties will not absorb same as will the system if there is set up - by this mechanical application (osteopathically), and those vibratory forces entering the system that produce through the very activity of the body itself - that stimulation necessary for the bodily functions to not only remove the pressures but the system absorb same without leaving that scar tissue to make for permanent paresis or paralysis of any portion of the body.
-
WE would give, follow those suggestions given.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Was the body’s heart condition taken into consideration when the osteopathic treatments were suggested? (A) As just given. All of the conditions were taken into consideration. And if the eliminations are kept through the use not of laxatives but the enemas, when necessary, these will bring the greatest possible hope for resuscitation to the body.
-
(Q) Is it dangerous to change to the osteopath now? (A) As we find rather dangerous NOT to change to those suggestions in toto.
Do not do just one without the other; ALL of that suggested.
- We are through for the present.
