This Psychic Reading was given at Carmerson Plantation, midway between Big Sandy, in Upshur County, Texas and Winona in Smith County, Texas, this 15th day of May, 1940.

Time of Reading 5:15 P. M.

1. GC: You will have before you, the well now being drilled by Carmerson Corporation, on its property in Smith County, Texas, midway between Big Sandy, in Upshur County and Winona in Smith County, together with the drilling operations now in progress, and the geological formations, especially those concerning the production of oil, and you will answer the questions submitted by those interested regarding the same.

2. EC: Well - Carmerson Corporation, Smith County, Texas. Yes, we have the operations here by Carmerson Corporation together with the information as has been indicated as respecting same. As we find, these operations are progressing in the direction of production. While there are indications of some conditions that have not proven as indicated, there IS production in this location and where drilling is now in progress. This heavy lime shale is just above that of the producing sand, which here should be more than 100 feet in depth and not on dry sand, but producing. When there is the change to any other type of formation, CORE, the information should read, 4790 - 4782 as that of the beginning of coring. 3838 will test to that of minerals not indicated in this country. Do NOT let anyone persuade those interested to give up this operation here. This will make an proven territory. This will extend an field.

4. (Q) Following information given through this channel, - a twenty foot core was taken at 4076 feet and 4 inches, according to our measurements. No sand or oil indication was recovered in this core. Please explain why. (A) ‘O’ should not be there. 4790 - 4782 as that of the beginning of coring.

5. (Q) In further drilling operations, at what depths below the Derrick floor should we take cores to indicate the presence of commercial production of oil? (A) When there is an change in formation from that indicated in the present depth, begin to take cores.

6. (A) Why and what was indicated in last reading by taking cuttings at 3838? (A) As given, testing will prove the presence of minerals not heretofore found in this land. These are or will prove to be of an valuable character in some of the experiments now being made with that of energies, released in development of atomic energy.

Do NOT let this operation cease without the production.

7. We are through for the present.
