EC: (In going back over years from present - ” - 1930 - There’s been a lot of changes in the environs and activities - ‘29, ‘28 - ‘16 - yes, again - ” etc., on back to birth date. Then: “The jars - the jars about the entity! Always wanted to can something!”)
-
In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, the application of the entity in the material experiences would in the present make the astrological aspects of only a passing interest - or studied in their finer phases would only make for proofs in the interpretations of the records as we find them.
-
While there are some inclinations from the astrological aspects, we find that the entity in the application has changed these until they would only be aspects - and quite latent.
-
From the astrological sojourns, then, we find these are the influences that are as DREAMS. While the entity has periods of introspection much more than retrospection, we find these are founded the more often in the present upon experiences of self or the RECORDS of experiences of others.
-
Hence we find where those influences in Jupiter and Mercury become as a portion of the astrological aspect, the Mercurian influences - though the more latent - become the more active in the immediate experience.
-
Thus we find while the entity in its dealings has to do with masses or the public, it is not so by trickery but by reason - rather than by a general or open manner. That is, the influence in the experiences of others is to be rather in a subtle manner, or SUGGESTIVE; and thus build the relationships. And these, as indicated by so many of the circles, are oft in things that may be canned or preserved or bottled, or having to do with things that would be not only healthful but nutritious; things that would, again, in the subtle manner, influence the lives, the experiences of those who would be interested or aroused to activity by the efforts of the entity.
-
In those influences in Venus we find a very passionate disposition. Whether applied in the activities respecting things or conditions, or whether applied to relationships with individuals, the entity would become very intense. Yet there are periods when under the astrological aspect of Uranus it might grow just as cold as it had been hot or intense in the first activity or impressions. Not that such activities might not be taken up again. For in the influence or the inclinations for introspection and retrospection, things are often mulled over in the experience of this entity more than in most individuals who might be under the same ASTROLOGICAL aspects; owing to the application of self in material relationships through the experiences in the earthly sojourns.
-
From the Uranian astrological aspects we find one interested in the occult or mystic influences and forces. And in the recognition of same in the experiences of the entity at times these are easily passed over; at others they make rather an impression - of which the entity, in its Mercurian mental force, makes practical application.
-
It is well, then, as we find, that these be considered the more often. For it is the spirit of truth that quickens. Man may in his material aspects sow the seed, but only the spirit of God or Creative Forces may give the increase. This is applicable in all activities, whether in the spiritual, mental or material realms.
-
In the combinations of the aspects in the astrological sojourns with the sojourns in the earth, we find that often there have been conflicts.
-
Hence we find there are periods in the experience of the entity when it is drawn or impelled to do this or that in relationships with the fellow man.
-
Then know, as it has so oft been intimated for others, that it is the application of the ideal in relationships to Creative Forces or influences that makes for a growth or a retardment of the individuality or SOUL of each entity.
-
The purposes for which an entity enters the material plane are for a growth towards the companionship with Creative Forces; that have brought, that do bring, that keep all in order as it were that manifests in the material world.
-
As to the appearances in the earth:
-
Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those early periods of settlements in the land.
-
It was during those periods when, in the latter part of the entity’s sojourn, there were those turmoils as to boundaries and as to lands and the control of same.
-
The entity then was among the frontiersmen, in the beginnings; but those who made for manners, means of preserving things for the variations in their activities.
-
This pertained then to hides, vegetables, meats; as WELL as those things that were to be used out of season for the physical activities.
-
Hence the entity was TERMED the name of “Doc,” but the real name was John S. Cauldenwater.
-
In the experience the entity gained throughout. For those activities brought not only conveniences for the ones with whom the entity was associated but made for the relief of those influences which in the period were feared - as in EVERY period; those things that often cause want, destitution, the improper relationships as to the economic situations.
-
Hence we will find in the experience of the entity, while there may be periods when in the economic sense it may be extravagant, there is that tendency of being saving, of preserving, of maintaining a BALANCE!
-
Yet such we find are often depending upon the reaction OTHERS will make towards the mental ideas and ideals of the entity.
-
Hence political associations are not so well.
-
Activities as a salesman, or in traveling, or especially in dealing with the preserving of things, or of foods, or of drugs, or of things of that nature, would be the natural bent or trend of the entity’s influences; and through which greater peace and harmony may be maintained - even in the material relationships in the present experience.
-
Or advertising of these products for others may be an activity. But in the entity’s inner self there must be a KNOWLEDGE of or a belief in the products themselves, for the entity to be able to either write or suggest or direct the use of any influence that would present such things to others.
-
Then whatever may have proven in the entity’s individual experience as a beneficial thing, THAT the entity may present with the greater sincerity.
-
Before that we find the entity was in the land known as the French, during those periods when there were the preparations and the calls for those to offer themselves in body, as well as in the material things, for the defense of an idea - or ideal, as some preserved or rather called the experiences - in what we now call the Crusades - in the defense bodily of the Holy Land.
-
There the entity through its experiences as Chevelieur (Charles) made for those activities which have proven, do prove in the present to make for rather a questioning in rote or routine in the religious portion of its material experiences.
-
While the entity may be very good (and is), it is not for the defense of a thing because certain individuals may or may not have lived in or during such and such an activity.
-
It is because it is rather a LIVING thing in the experiences of individuals, rather than in a routine of a given place.
-
For to the entity one’s religion, one’s love of the fellow man, one’s love of the Creator - as it should be - is a LIVING thing; and NOT just form only!
-
Hold fast then, O Friend, to the faith of thy fathers; that it LIVE in thy dealings with thy fellow man! For “Inasmuch as ye do it unto the least of these, my brethren, ye do it unto me,” saith the Lord, thy Master!
-
Before that we find the entity was in the earth during those periods when Alexander the Great made wars upon the Persian and the Macedonian, the Arabian and the Grecian lands.
-
There we find the entity was a soldier, but WHAT a soldier! Rather was the entity given to that which brought about, in the experience of that leader, those things of which history has given a very, very bad conception; as to why he wept, or why he did this or that. [See 1208-1.]
-
For the entity’s close associations with that leader were in preserving rather the state of HEALTH of the followers through the CHARACTER of the water, the food, the environs of those who acted in the capacity as the soldiers.
-
There the entity then, in the name Xeria, was active in that which - while unsung save by those during those experiences - may in the present find expression in giving to man those things which the entity in its mental and spiritual life has found to be helpful, beneficial in its own experience, and which may be made to be so in the lives and experiences of others.
-
Then these bring about a peace, a harmony, a satisfaction within self that may not be expressed in words; if the entity can but aid the young in years to materially find hope, to materially find health; or those just beginning who, through the physical deficiencies, find their hopes shattered because of wasting bodies, because of those conditions for which they themselves oft condemn others yet that are a part of their experience (in the true sense).
-
Rather then preach as well as distribute such understandings, that those who have the right in the material experiences are to use such experiences for the advancement of hope; and to the glory of a crucified Lord, rather than for self-indulgence, self-glorification or self-gratification of only material desires, or that they themselves may be well-spoken of.
-
For these be the basic forces, as ye found then. So build these in thy experiences in the present.
-
Before that we find the entity was in that land when there were those journeyings from what is called the Egyptian to the Promised Land.
-
And with those peoples who journeyed there, the entity then was known as among the elders when they were making the divisions in the land.
-
Hence as the entity will experience, as the entity has found and will find, there must ever be an experience in every individual activity in which those tenets, those truths as presented must become a part of man’s experience - either in dealings with those of that period or those activities produced by same.
-
In the experience the entity was in the name Jesurael, and was then among those who were to look upon those who were cleansed by the application of what ye would term the doctors, or the cleansing of issues, or those activities from those blessings received by the holy men of those peoples during their journey.
-
And it was the entity who was saved by the looking upon the brazen serpent during those journeys, though very young in years at that experience.
-
Hence we will find the experiences of such natures coming into the experience of the entity in the present, where from unseen sources, unseen forces, their influence has come into the affairs materially, mentally and the spiritual realms, for the entity’s activities.
-
Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Egyptian, during those periods of the turmoils and strifes in the land; when there were the counsels made as to whether or not there would be the deportment of the Priest.
-
The ENTITY during that experience was among those who presented the case - being what ye would call in the present the lawyer who presented the case before the judges, or the council; being very close to the King, carrying - as it were - the messages back and forth.
-
For these in those days were not presented as body to body but as one carried back and forth by emissaries, messengers, lawyers or interpreters - as would be called in the present.
-
In the latter portion of the entity’s experience there, when there was the return of the Priest, and when there were the activities from the children from the Atlantean and Poseidan land, the entity was among those sent to represent the tenets of the teachings in other lands - or to bear the messages and the gifts, which were a portion of the activity during that experience.
-
The name then was Bel-Elduen.
-
As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
-
There are definite material channels, as indicated, through which the entity may find the greater harmonious activities. These are well to be followed in the MATERIAL associations.
-
And there are very definite standards in the mental self. See that these are founded in such manners and ways that ye know in WHOM ye believe as WELL as - yea, more than - in what ye believe.
-
For truth, as mercy, as grace, GROWS. And as ye manifest same, all the fruits of the spirit in thy dealings with thy fellow man, so may ye fulfil that purpose, that cause wherein is thy birthright; that ye show forth - in thy dealings with thy fellow man - the love thou dost hold for THY Maker, in the MANNER ye deal with thy brother!
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Having been restored to health by the use of Captain A. A. Nichoson’s treatment for Tuberculosis, I am desirous of making his products [Acigest, Calcios, etc.] available to the general public. Is it in accord with my plan? (A) It is, as has been indicated. That thou hast found good, that ye may in sincerity present to thy fellow man. It is well.
-
(Q) Is my own case sufficient evidence to substantiate Captain Nichoson’s treatment as efficacious in the treatment of Tuberculosis? (A) Tuberculosis, as every case of such natures, is individual. But as these are in groups, so it is well that THAT be the basis. For until an individual is convinced by his own experience, HOW can he be sincere in his giving out to his fellow man?
-
(Q) Is Dr. Seymour Wanderman [M.D.] the right man for me to work with? (A) Very well to BEGIN with! As we find, it will outgrow Dr. Wanderman!
-
(Q) Would you suggest another doctor? (A) As has been indicated, very well to begin with Wanderman. As ye apply thyself in the first step, and USE same, then the next step is given thee.
-
(Q) Is the desirable approach through recognized medical channels? (A) This is well, and this is the better.
-
(Q) Will I be sufficiently able financially and physically to carry on this project? (A) As ye enter in, there will come that aid - financially, physically. For it a service of love.
-
(Q) What steps do you advise I should take in making this a successful venture? (A) Plans have been formulated. Hold to those for the time being. And as indicated, as ye apply, the next step is shown thee.
-
We are through for the present.

LIFE BEGINS WITH CORRECT NUTRITION
A. A. Nichoson 47-45 - 244 Street Douglaston, L.I.
A number of years ago the writer of this brief brochure was practically abandoned as being helpless and hopeless by the medical profession. Having suffered for several years with tuberculosis, plus its accompanying complications, and despite the fact that authoritative advice was followed the foundation of health gradually weakened until the point of professional abandonment was finally reached.
As one begins to truly and seriously realize that health is waning, the consciousness as to its import and value is increased. Because of a general ignorance concerning the chemical make-up and the mechanical operandi of the human system, to the lay mind there is nothing more seemingly futile than to endeavor to think out ways by which health can be recouped and maintained. Thought, however, often becomes the mother of action, and from the mental struggle in the desire to live has evolved this personalized procedure of correctly mineralizing the blood stream through organic salts.
When one pauses and analyzes he becomes impressed with the thought that the various forms of medication and therapeutics go but little beyond the field of treating symptoms. The invariable problem in ill or lost health is to completely and permanently remove the causes which have contributed to the physical breakdown. This is not an easily accomplished task. However, as the beginning, the end and the interim of the human family is chemistry, this must become the major premise in attacking the problem. Further, it is a known fact that the mineral salts of which the human body is made can only be accepted and assimilated by the human cell in the form of organic food.
In the action which followed the logical and fundamental thoughts, the keystone of the program which has evolved is nutrition - embodying not only the proper and personalized foods to meet the problem, but, more important, their efficient translation into assimilable and acceptable salts. Special foods, mentioned further on in the outline, were constructed through specially designed mechanical and chemical equipment. These materials are auxiliaries to the correct menu and become short-cuts in the rejuvenation of the system inasmuch as they are predigested in make-up and contain some of the rarer and more elusive salts uncommon in the average menu.
Although there is nothing magical in this, as nature demands the factor of time for repair and rebuilding, yet within the matter of a few weeks one becomes distinctly conscious that a physical change is taking place in the system. This is reflected by better general feelings. To feel better means to be better, and it is impossible to get better in one part of the system without getting better in all.
The recouping and retaining of sound health through this plan has been so marked to those who have observed its efficacy, and their interest had been so definitely manifest, that these few pages had been drafted in the interest of life’s greatest asset - HEALTH. There is so much that can and should be said on this subject that it seems hopeless to attempt to cover the issue in a few pages of printed matter. However, the following outline will afford a sketchy picture of the procedure which has been developed. The pertinent thought of the entire plan is that its premise is based solely upon nutrition. This is fundamental to normal living. Straws of thought indicate which way the wind is blowing, and the new pages of modern living will be glaring in their exposure of NATURAL FOODS - NATURAL HEALTH.
There is but one person who can give sound health to anyone
- that is, the person who desires it. The price tag attached to this precious asset is insignificant compared with the returns that it affords. It demands only the giving to nature of those essential minerals which, through incorrect or injudicious selection of foods, have starved the system; it asks only the curbing of perverted appetite desires; it exacts only the consistent use of common reasoning in the correction of established detrimental habits; it asks so little in comparison with the rewards assured. When given a fair chance, the dividends paid by nature are little short of being classed as a miracle.
For centuries, semi-civilized and civilized peoples have sought the fountain of youth either in the form of natural or man-made curatives. The fountain of youth is sound and and uninterrupted health, and rather than to be found, it must be developed. During the past half century there has been a rapid decline in national health. The largest single contributing factor to this startling and costly situation is the tremendous consumption of denuded foods.
Nutrition - the proper kinds of foods in the proper combination is half the secret of health. The other, and all important half, is to be able to correctly digest and assimilate these foods and properly transform them into bodily mineral salts. A sound premise is the knowledge that a human being can only be what they eat and the importance of food is more obvious when it is realized that the average person consumes approximately one ton of food during the course of a year.
So that an appeal may be made to the eye and taste, modern foods have been denuded and stripped on their essentials for health. The ultra refinement of foods together with their general consumption has become the foundation for the vast majority of our present physical ills. Every individual interested in health must change his dietary course towards the natural foods.
Few people have a normal metabolism and are, therefore, unable to correctly transform even natural foods into the proper mineral salts. In the handling of foods there are three important steps: First, digestion; second, assimilation; and third, elimination.
Of the important mineral salts which to go make up the body, by far the most important is calcium. At the same time this is one of the rarest and most elusive in modern refined foods and one of the most difficult to extract and assimilate even from foods which are high in calcium content. Three-fourths of the entire weight of the body is calcium. In the system it spells resistance against fatigue, disease, or physical impairment. Its presence approaches the fountain of youth as much as is possible, because regardless of the measure of years its possessor has normal and buoyant health. It is an integral and vital part of bones, tissue, organs, glands and fluids. To secure calcium, as well as other minerals in the system, demands the nutrition and assimilation from organic food. Medication or the various therapeutics may be relief or temporary remedy, but permanent recuperation and maintenance MUST come by food.
The importance of calcium is emphasized by the knowledge that to maintain normal health, an adult requires from 65 to 85 grains of calcium per day, while a growing child must have from 300 to 400 grains. The denial of this will result in physical impairment through the fact that the system becomes literally starved for this vital essential of life.
The basic cause for most of the labeled complaints is the deficiency or absence of calcium in the diet, or the inability of the individual to properly change and assimilate the foods eaten. This starved condition generally makes itself manifest in some weakened spot of the body. It may be in the mouth, throat, lungs, liver, intestines, etc. In some individuals it is called pyorrhea, in others asthma, tonsillitis, tuberculosis, cancer, colitis, piles, rickets, neuritis, arteriosclerosis, and so on down through the whole category of labeled ills and diseases.
The answer in regaining and retaining normal health and sound physical condition is the proper selection, combination, nutrition, and assimilation of foods. These must conform to the age, sex, condition, and objective of the individual concerned. There are no two individuals who have an identical chemical reaction to the same food. By this is not meant a bodily disagreement to a certain food but rather a systemic translation and assimilation. Therefore, even a slight readjustment of food combinations for an individual produces surprising results.
In the wide range of foods which the world affords, there are some few that should be excluded from every diet. Prominent among these are:
- WHITE FLOUR
- WHITE SUGAR
- FRIED FOODS
- TEA AND COFFEE
- PORK PRODUCTS
- VEAL
- TURNIPS
- PIE, PASTRY, CAKE, CANDY, ICE CREAM
- CHEESE (except Cottage Cheese)
- VINEGAR
- PICKLES
- CONDIMENTS (except Salt and Pepper)
- RHUBARB
- PARSNIPS
- ALCOHOL Generally speaking, dark brown sugar, honey, and maple syrup may be eaten in reasonable quantities.
A general menu for the average adult person, already in normal health, should be along the following general lines:
BREAKFAST:
Fresh Fruit. (In cases where weight is desired plenty of cream should be used on fruit where indicated, as bananas, peaches, etc.)
Kellogg’s (The use of cream applies as to weight needs All Bran. or conditions. In the reduction of weight no honey, sugar, or syrup should be used. As a factor of change the bran may be occasionally mixed with hot Ralston Food or Wheatena. This should be on the basis of 75% bran and 25% hot breakfast food.)
2 - 2-Minute (Not more than one egg per day should be Eggs. eaten by females.)
2 slices of (Where weight is desired WHOLE WHEAT spread with plenty of bread butter.)
Milk and Acid.
LUNCH:
Grind very fine in a food chopper any three RAW fruits and vegetables and do not remove tops from vegetables as radish, etc. All possible of this should be eaten for the midday meal and not less than a pint. This will be a mushy mass more easily eaten with a spoon, but if desired olive oil and lemon juice may be eaten on this salad.
2 slices of WHOLE WHEAT bread and butter.
Milk and Acid.
DINNER:
Any thick vegetable soup (do not use meat stocks or grease; for flavor use onions, tomatoes, etc.)
Broiled or baked fish, fowl, steak, lamb chops or pot roast.
Baked Irish potato, being sure to eat the skin.
Any two steamed allowed vegetables.
2 slices WHOLE WHEAT bread and butter.
Rice pudding made from brown rice - with cream unless reducing.
Any raw vegetables or in salad form.
Fresh fruit.
Milk and Acid.
Any fresh fruit in any quantity may be eaten at any time.
Do not drink any liquid WHILE EATING the meal. This tends to dilute the digestants of the stomach which are at work changing the food into chyme, and through such practice digestion may be retarded and the fermentation of food impaired.
Modern foods, even in their rougher forms, fail to furnish in proper balance the mineral salts required for the rapid and proper restoration of health. Therefore, in this plan has been developed special foods and materials which are auxiliary to those designed in the proper menu. The development of these foods represents a new step in the science of colloids. They are chemically and mechanically predigested and reduced in size below a micron, making them acceptable to and readily assimilated by the human cell. These include:
- ACIGEST. This is a special oxygenated acid instrumental in activating the stomach enzymes, all essential for the proper preparation of food to be assimilated. This acid is to be used in RAW MILK ONLY. One teaspoonful should be added per glass of raw milk and drunk directly after eating each meal and sometime prior to retiring. The acid should be added to the milk, stirred, and drunk immediately. This acid should be kept tightly corked.
The addition of the acid to the milk produces a rennet, or curdling. The extent of this curdling is influenced by the type of milk, its age, and its temperature. If this is objectionable, it may largely be overcome by having the milk thoroughly chilled and gulping rather than to slowly drink.
- CALCIOS. This is a highly concentrated organic calcium food. It is to be eaten TWICE daily - WITH the morning and the evening meals. It may be eaten as is or placed on food and eaten hat way. Take on the end of a spoon the quantity that would be comparable in size to a crushed pea. A two-ounce jar should last a month. This food will keep indefinitely in any climate.
Children should take the same quantity of this food as adults. There is no harm in eating any quantity and the amount specified to be taken is that which nature is capable of assimilating in six to eight hours. Hence, the omission of this food at lunch.
- TISHU. This is a rich concentrated building food. It should be employed in run-down conditions, where the loss of weight has prevailed, wasting diseases, low resistance, extreme nervousness, and where a general building up of the system and its tissues is indicated. This is an extremely finely emulsified and predigested food of special selected fats, proteins, albumins and mineral salts which have been scientifically prepared for easy and complete assimilation.
This food should be taken TWICE daily - one and a half to two hours after eating the morning and the evening meal. It should be taken in VERY HOT WATER, and in some cases this water should be replaced with skimmed milk. Adults should take in terms of TABLESPOONSFUL - children under fifteen in terms of TEASPOONSFUL. For the first four days one tablespoonful should be used, for the second four days two tablespoonsful, for the third four days three table- spoonsful, and thereafter and as long as taken the quantity should be four tablespoonsful. This food should be kept tightly corked, clean and should not be subjected to temperatures below 40 degrees F. or above 100 degrees F. A warm place but not a hot one should be selected for keeping this food, such as a dark shelf in the kitchen. This should be kept from direct sunlight.
RICINOYL. This is a special form of super refined castor oil which has been so treated as to eliminate common disagreeable factors generally associated with ordinary castor oil. The purpose of this oil is to furnish healing to the entire intestinal tract. The after effects of any castor oil are apt to be binding so the individual should be governed accordingly. The night prior to beginning this program of better health, two ounces of this oil should be taken and this should be repeated on the same night each week thereafter. It should be taken as is, though it may be followed with orange or other fruit juices. The so-called “repeating” of any castor oil is invariably due to its entering the nasal passages. If the nose is held while taking the oil this effect is largely eliminated. The sickening reaction of oil is a reflection of toxic or unclean internal condition. This is overcome as the digestive organs strengthen and the system becomes normally clean.
VEGO. This is a pure vegetable laxative food with a high nutritional value as well as serving to assist nature in proper elimination until there shall have been restored normal functioning. The issue will then correct itself. it may be eaten at any time and in any quantity, though the most appropriate time to take is just prior to retiring, and a full teaspoonful will generally be found to be sufficient. This should be followed by a full glass of water. It will keep indefinitely, though it may tend to harden with age. This does not impair its value.
There must be at least two good movements per day and if these are not forthcoming naturally then nature should be assisted. As an auxiliary to the Laxative Food, agar used with food will be found to be helpful in many cases, or the employment of psyllium seeds. Laxtro Dextrin will be found to be harmless and in many cases beneficial. Glycerine suppositories can be used without fear or any tendency towards habit forming.
The stool should be made a habit with punctuality as much as the meals. Fruits for the most part should be juicy in nature which will assist in correct elimination, and fruit juices taken between meals are of marked benefit. The rolling of a six pound shot along the tract of the big colon, beginning low at the right side, coming up the body to the height of the navel, then across the abdomen, then down to the left side, and continuing this motion for from five to ten minutes night and morning will serve as a helpful abdominal exercise.
This is only a very sketchy outline of the procedure necessary to securing and retaining good health. It will, however, indicate that medicine and the other various therapeutics of themselves can never be other than mediums of relief. Of course, in some instances medication, either of a prescribed or proprietary type, apparently corrects a trouble, but this restoration is invariably due more to the kindness of nature than the efficiency of the remedy. It is not to be inferred that in no instance is medication not indicated, as quite often just the opposite is true. However, the basic restoration of deteriorated tissue must come through returning to such tissue the materials of which it is composed. Repair and reconstruction must begin at the very base of human tissue and must be developed from the inside out. This is marked in the modern theory of filling teeth. It is erroneously felt that to fill the hole which has appeared in the tooth is to correct the condition. The tooth never began to decay from the outside, but rather the trouble started from the inside, undoubtedly predicated by the fact that the system was being starved for lime and nature drew from this easily accessible source. Hence, the softening of the calcium formation of the tooth making it an easy prey for even weak acids, and although the mouth is supposedly alkali in reaction yet the mouth of the average person invariably shows acidity. This again definitely reflects the error of the average modern diet.
There are sixteen mineral salts in the human system. These are organic in nature and inasmuch as the human race is a living organism the only logical manner in which this life can be sustained is through live foods. These sixteen mineral salts are distributed in varying proportions through the five tissue groups of the system: the bony structure, the brain and the marrow of the bones, the skin both on the inside and the outside, the muscles interior and exterior, and that all important group which is just beginning to receive recognition - the glands. The denial of these mineral salts, even though the amount be only a trace, can reflect itself in nothing other than impaired health. One part of the affected organism makes itself felt through reflection and physical sympathy to all other parts of the system. In such a condition, the exhilaration of powerful medicines will not correct the trouble. They may soothe pain and relieve after a fashion temporarily, but the inevitable results of such procedure will prove costly through unnatural aggravation.
Due to the fact that the correct method of living necessitates the change or correction of habits that have been built up, many may feel that such a procedure entails much detail. However, final sound and buoyant health is the reflection of thoroughness that has been accorded these seeming details. Health should be worth any effort.
As the nerve tissue of the body are correctly fed and strengthened, so are those of the mind, and mental fears are eliminated along with those of a physical nature. To follow the plan means health, and health means happiness and success in both social and business circles.

CALCIOS
Calcios in a product recommended about 200 times in the Cayce readings. It is pulverized chicken bones, processed so that the calcium it contains can be easily assimilated and digested.
The cases in which Calcios was most often prescribed in the readings (percentages approximate) are tuberculosis 20%, poor assimilations 15%, pregnancy 10%, and glands 5%, comprising a total of 50% of the instances where Calcios was mentioned.
Following is a composite of some statements from the readings on Calcios for each of the subjects listed above.
TUBERCULOSIS. [1548] was told there was free calcium available in Calcios, and that it strengthens the blood by making the covering of the blood cells stronger. [1569] was told it contained a necessary force for body building. [2186] was told that T.B. germs were present in the body, but that Calcios would prevent them from becoming destructive forces.
ASSIMILATIONS. Calcios contains several digestive enzymes. [1792] was told “we find the effect of the food’s digesting and the assimilations would be greatly improved.” [1736], recovering from after-effects of sprains was told that Calcios “will aid in the circulation, the heart’s activity, [because of] the variations for better assimilation.”
PREGNANCY. It is well known that pregnant women have a high calcium requirement. [951] was told, “Calcios is the better manner to take calcium. It is more easily assimilated, and will act better with pregnancy than any type of calcium products as yet presented [on the market].”
She was told to have a whole wheat cracker spread with Calcios three times weekly at noon meal until two weeks before the baby was due. To [73] he advised: “rather than the calcium tablets, use Calcios. This is better assimilated, and does not leave as much dregs to become a hardship to the liver and kidneys.” [808] was told to take Calcios so there would not be too great a strain on body-building forces. [480] was told it would be good for the baby’s bones and to replace that drained from the mother.
GLANDS. Calcios is high in iodine. Perhaps this is the main reason it was indicated in cases of glandular imbalance. To [3490] Cayce said Calcios three to four times a day would “supply the energies for activities of the glandular system.”
Note: Because of its high iodine content, Calcios should not be used on the same days as Cayce 636, Atomidine, Calcidin, kelp tablets, or any food supplement that contains iodine.
