This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce, at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 15th day of December, 1924, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [558].
[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]
Time of Reading 3:00 P. M. Dayton Time. …, Ky.
-
GC: Now you will have before you the body of [558] …, Ky. You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and you will tell us if these suggestions can be carried out properly in …, Oklahoma, and by whom. You will also answer any questions regarding the future welfare of this body.
-
EC: We find the physical conditions somewhat improved. There are those conditions in the system that show how these conditions affect the body. The condition as is shown in the region of the Eustachian Tube, and the inner ear, still gives the body some concern. This we find would be relieved, were the suggestions carried out fully as has been outlined for this body. We find it would be possible to have this done in Tulsa, Oklahoma - by Moore, [D.O.?] yet, as has been outlined, would be done better in place as given [N.Y.]. The treatments as would be accorded in Tulsa will be entirely different, yet will bring a great deal of relief to the body and better the condition giving the relief that will prevent so much of the trouble with ear and throat. Be well that the body take care of throat and bronchials while treatments are being accorded, under any circumstance and condition.
-
Do that.
-
(Q) Would it be well for this body to marry at this time? (A) As has been given, it would be well, and better that this body marry in the near future, for the general health of the body would be improved under such relations, and the body through mental and spiritual, and physical, would respond to such an environment and bring better results for the body in many ways.
-
(Q) Would [1565] …, Oklahoma, be the proper person for this body to marry? (A) Very good, for we find this body well in accord with those vibrations as created by [558], and the union of this kind would prove very beneficial to each. While there will be many conditions arise that will be very surprising to others, such conditions are for the good of each. Beware of the family relations in such an union, yet we find these would prove; that is, the relations between [558] and [1565], most satisfactory to everyone, and especially for their own development. With this union we would find many conditions satisfactory in many ways for their development.
-
(Q) Would this prove a happy union? (A) Very, to these two. There would be conditions that would arise that would cause some uneasiness from either side of family, yet a very satisfactory, a very happy union in these two. Let it occur early.
Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. 12/30/24 Mother [325]‘s letter: “Thanks so much, dear boy, for [558]‘s rdg., and the questions asked and answered I understand very readily, as they work right in with parties concerned. [558] has a beautiful engagement ring and seems happy - another red-headed jealous Jew. [GD’s note: Her other son-in-law, Rabbi [4159], she was also referring to.] As you say, these two will work out their own problems. I will have to sidetrack or I’ll be a wreck, following each one [of my 8 children].”
R2. 6/23/25 Mother [325]‘s letter: “[558] will be married July 28th.”

R4. 8/20/26 She wrote from N.Y.C. where she was visiting her mother:
“The rdg. you gave me about my ear [558-2] [also 558-1] I am now having followed by Eugene R. Kraus (D.O.), and it is doing me worlds of good. Dr. Kraus told me he hated to admit it but you certainly were a marvel. He treated Mr. [900] and the little [4089] child, and said he had the pleasure of meeting you once. It must be a wonderful feeling to know you are doing so much good for humanity, even though it takes so much patience to prove your true worth to this world of ours.”
R5. 8/28/26 Her husband obtained his Life Rdg., 1565-1.
R6. 5/25/34 She obtained Ck. Physical 558-4.
