EC: Congestions produced from contraction in the fifth cervical, which have brought about the condition as was given in times back, and which was to be treated by the deep manipulations. This should be carried out farther, or more of the manipulations given to counteract and to replace those segments where pressure is shown fourth and fifth cervicals, and then add to the system that vibration in electrical forces from Violet Ray over the same parts that will give the correct vibrations to this part of the body to make the permanent relief for this condition. Not until that relief is given from the fourth and fifth segment center will this be permanent relief for this body. Those conditions in the upper portion, or first and second, are reflex.

(Q) How long will it be if the treatment is properly followed to bring the nerve to its normal condition? (A) That depends on how it is properly given, see? Whether it is properly given. Should be within three to five adjustments, with the vibration necessary, created by the electrical forces, to keep and hold such conditions permanently. Three to five treatments, but three to five weeks, with vibrations, and the exercise as has been given for this body.
