This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 8th day of August, 1936, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [1196], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Ala. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1196]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions show some improvement in the general physical forces. While there are changes and there are some anxieties, that are expressed physically in the throwing off of the poisons through the congested forces of the liver and the gall duct, and the repression this produces in the circulation. This is why the Radio-Active forces are making for that tendency for the feelings in the muscular force of the presence of those activities.

3. Thus the necessity of the one doing the manipulations to set up greater drainage, especially through the secondary cardiac plexus. Th1s will be materially aided also by the use of the compound Zilatone, if it is taken consistently for a period of at least six to eight weeks. But take it in THIS manner:

4. Of morning after the morning meal take one tablet. Then after the evening meal take two tablets. Drink PLENTY of water, and keep up the other treatments that have been suggested for the body. This does not mean leaving off ANY of those others suggested.

5. And stimulate through the upper dorsal and through the secondary cardiac area the activity to the liver, the spleen and especially the activity of the lacteal ducts and the gall duct area.

7. (Q) Does that mean take the three Zilatone tablets each day for eight weeks? (A) Three each day for six to eight weeks.

8. (Q) Please explain why mucous from rectum continues. (A) This is from the drosses that are BEING eradicated from the system by the stimulations throughout the body. Hence the flushing that SHOULD be accomplished now.

9. (Q) Why does body turn so yellow every two or three days? (A) The same condition which has been given, the poisons being distributed through the system and not being eliminated through their proper channels. Do these as has been suggested.

10. (Q) Why do eyeballs ache at times? (A) Poisons in the system and pressures upon those areas that have been indicated that need their stimulation for drainage into the internal organs.

11. (Q) What has caused the ache in left side of head, with the dizzy, weak spells? (A) The same condition, weakness in those various portions of the body owing to the pressures produced by the extra amount of the stirring up of those conditions needing eliminations from the system - that produce these pressures.

Do those things suggested.

Be sure the stimulations in the manipulations are SPECIFICALLY given in the area indicated; not that the others are not to be given but these more specific.

Do that.
