-
GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions submitted, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes.
-
Many changes have come about in the whole general attitude physically, mentally and spiritually of this body since last we had same here.
-
As we find, the general conditions are very good, if there is not any great amount of strain to cause too much pulling or hauling about of things that would tend to strain the body through the diaphragm and pelvic area.
-
We would have those foods and activities tended to build up the system: adding greater influences towards the blood, muscle and nerve building. Plenty of lettuce and celery and things of that kind should be a part of the diet, as well as beef juices; plenty of fish and of such natures should be the body-building forces.
-
And we would include for this body more of the Codiron tablets now; these to be taken about twice each day, two pellets.
-
And these should make for better forces for the body.
-
Ready for questions.
-
We are through for the present.

I was stitched but, as the reading 480-51 said, I’m in pretty good health now. I feel very well.”
